It was great to hear about these different personalities and see where my team members differ. Fun interactive presentation!

Helpful to see where our team members split out into the different colours, unsurprisingly with the descriptions you gave of each group. I noticed a coworker already altering their way of interacting with me to accommodate my colour and it made me feel appreciated for who I am!

Ferenc provided an interesting perspective on personalities and a set of tools that I will try to apply to my personal and work life.

I greatly appreciated learning a new perspective on how people respond to various situations. It’s always a good reminder that ways we all learn and interact differently and to vary how we communicate.

This presentation likely revolutionized my communications skills. It was educational, engaging, and admittedly very fun! Ferenc is an effective presenter and the concepts were simple yet extremely beneficial. It was great to learn about myself and be able to recognize my own strengths and weaknesses while also discovering how others communicate and how I could improve my skills! 10/10!

People are complex it's true. While labelling people as 'types' can be problematic it can - if done right- also add a layer of simplicity in navigating day to day interactions with others and I'm here to say: Ferenc's presentation was done right.

The event - simple in content and respectful in delivery - not only helped me gain insight into my own behavior, it also left me feeling better equipped to handle what I once saw as complex and/or nuisance interactions. To accept the (obvious/not so obvious) conclusion that everyone has their own way of seeing things but also leave with the the optimistic feeling that meaningful relationships are still possible - particularly in a challenging work setting - are valuable lessons to take away. Thank you Mr. Scobie.

Mr. Scobie's presentation was very good. He got us to group ourselves into the four corners of the room by defining our characteristics. It seemed to work well and although not everything lined up it seemed to help us understand our own group and the other three groups. It has me thinking as its simpler than myers briggs and some of the other personality testing frameworks.

The presentation was extremely insightful as to how to best interact with others and foster meaningful relationships both at work and in personal life.

This is my second session Mr. Scobie and it didn't disappoint. Each session gives me more tools to interact with people in all aspects of my life.

This was my second session and it was really helpful to build on the knowledge of the colour basics and how to apply it in my work going forward.

I found the presentation to be enlightening and engaging. It was alot of fun and will definitely help in how to deal with different types of people and personalities.

When they first told me we were doing a session on the "Language of Colours", Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue, I had zero clue what it was about. Honestly, I thought it was going to be one of those boring presentations that sounds nice in a classroom but means nothing when you’re on a fire or dealing with everyday people.
Then the presenter started describing the four colours, and it was like someone flipped a switch. I looked around the room and it became very obvious who were which colours. Now that I have a bit of an understanding, I can use it to be a more effective communicator. Talking to my Red Supervisor? I keep it short and to the point "Here’s the situation, here’s what we’re doing".
With a Yellow, I let them talk it out and get excited, that’s how they process. With a green co worker, I will make sure I slow down and give as much detail as possible. My fellow Blue co workers, I just let it naturally flow through me. It has opened my eyes on how I can be a more effective communicator in my everyday life.

We all are a mixture but have dominant traits, and showing the shared traits makes us more empathetic!

Ferenc spoke at a conference I attended. I was amazed how with two general questions he could help our organization to improve communication and change the way we approach working with each other.

Ferenc's presentation on Colours is intriguing and informative. By answering 2 simple questions about yourself it provides a great general sense of your predominant personality with surprising accuracy. Great information to be aware of in the interest of relationship building in quick order. Certainly something I will practice myself and encourage to my staff, coworkers, friends and family.

Ferenc's presentation on personality types and how to communicate with various personalities was very informative and helpful. There was also good information to help my understanding regarding how different personality types may have certain strengths for performing various roles related to completion of a task.

Very good and engaging presentation. As a blue, it was a fun way to learn about different personality types and working with a bunch of different people within the same work place. I will be bringing this into my everyday life as well as my approach to people in different situations :)

I am so happy that I had the opportunity to sit in on this presentation, not only was it so relatable but informative as well. I feel like I had so many ah-ha moments. I've listened to Fenrec's colours presentation twice now and think it's a helpful way to frame interactions with others. Communication is a critical skill, and some of the tips and tricks in this presentation will be invaluable in my day-to-day work and personal interactions.

I’ve participated in this workshop twice, once with a big group and once with a smaller group. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned something new both times. A lot of information from my first experience really stuck with me long-term, and I’m sure the second will be the same. I would gladly participate in it again if given the opportunity, and will encourage others to seek it out as well.

I really enjoyed the presentation you did with our office yesterday. It was engaging and the examples and scenarios were really relevant. As a "red" myself, I can struggle with making meaningful connections and making myself approachable to my work colleagues and stakeholders, so I will definitely be putting this new knowledge to work for me!
