It was great to hear about these different personalities and see where my team members differ. Fun interactive presentation!

Helpful to see where our team members split out into the different colours, unsurprisingly with the descriptions you gave of each group. I noticed a coworker already altering their way of interacting with me to accommodate my colour and it made me feel appreciated for who I am!

Ferenc provided an interesting perspective on personalities and a set of tools that I will try to apply to my personal and work life.

The exercise was fantastic! Thank you for coming and sharing the concept of Colours. I know we're still talking about what colours we are as the Headwaters team out of Grande Prairie.

I missed the conference, but my team members who did attend passed on some learnings- I'm especially interested not only in understanding our individual styles better, but also how I can more effectively adapt my own style to better align with those of others.

Ferenc was an engaging presenter and his familiarity with the audience and the work they do help to personalize the session.

What a perfect insightful keynote presentation to bring flavour, color, and interactivity to a group, no matter the size! Awareness of the traits that people in your life have and your ability to create an environment for them and for you to thrive in feeling heard and seen is a skill set I look forward to applying on the daily!

This presentation likely revolutionized my communications skills. It was educational, engaging, and admittedly very fun! Ferenc is an effective presenter and the concepts were simple yet extremely beneficial. It was great to learn about myself and be able to recognize my own strengths and weaknesses while also discovering how others communicate and how I could improve my skills! 10/10!

People are complex it's true. While labelling people as 'types' can be problematic it can - if done right- also add a layer of simplicity in navigating day to day interactions with others and I'm here to say: Ferenc's presentation was done right.

The event - simple in content and respectful in delivery - not only helped me gain insight into my own behavior, it also left me feeling better equipped to handle what I once saw as complex and/or nuisance interactions. To accept the (obvious/not so obvious) conclusion that everyone has their own way of seeing things but also leave with the the optimistic feeling that meaningful relationships are still possible - particularly in a challenging work setting - are valuable lessons to take away. Thank you Mr. Scobie.

Mr. Scobie's presentation was very good. He got us to group ourselves into the four corners of the room by defining our characteristics. It seemed to work well and although not everything lined up it seemed to help us understand our own group and the other three groups. It has me thinking as its simpler than myers briggs and some of the other personality testing frameworks.

We all are a mixture but have dominant traits, and showing the shared traits makes us more empathetic!

Ferenc spoke at a conference I attended. I was amazed how with two general questions he could help our organization to improve communication and change the way we approach working with each other.

Ferenc did a great job presenting and created an atmosphere where everyone was an active participant.
